POSTBANK IDEA LAB
Connecting with your customers via mobile devices is more than just sending them coupons. Communication happens in both directions. Here, Postbank is leading the way with the Postbank Idea Lab and Commandante is responsible for the implementation and marketing of the campaign.
The Idea Lab is carried out on the Postbank Happy Hour Facebook page. Fans of the page are asked to submit improvement ideas for the Postbank Finanzassistent, a smartphone app. The users’ ideas are judged by a jury and by other users through a star-system. That way qualitative market research and user engagement are brought under the same roof.
Commandante develops a detailed implementation and marketing concept for the Postbank Idea Lab and is responsible for programming, activation and content generation for the campaign on Facebook.
